BARLA are pleased to announce they are going to launch its own BARLA You Tube Channel which kicks off at 2.30pm on Saturday 23rd May.

The highlight of the launch will be the 2015 BARLA National Cup Final featuring a Cumbria Yorkshire final when Egremont Rangers played Sharlston Rovers at Fylde RUFC, Woodlands Memorial Ground, Fylde.

The channel will be adding games weekly to its content showing full BARLA National Cup Finals at open age and youth junior age groups as well as other county cup finals at all those ages, internationals, county games, women’s games and highlights from other games that have filmed on their behalf.

BARLA are aware District Leagues, Leagues at all age groups both winter and summer leagues may have filmed their own cup finals and championship deciders and in the months ahead would hope they would like to post them onto the BARLA You Tube Channel so hopefully they can go out to a larger audience that the amateur game deserves.

Steve Manning BARLA Vice Chair said,“BARLA are pleased and excited about this new venture and hope that all rugby league fans of the amateur game and the professional game will give the channel a try. There is a lot of unseen material by a large number of people which deserves to go out to a wider audience.

“Alpha Photography have covered major BARLA games at all levels over nearly the last two decades and are searching their vaults to show on the channel some with and without commentary. The channel has been set up and put together with David Parkinson and the channel will include filmed material from him in highlights packages and live game from the BARLA Lions 2018 tour of Fiji.
