| Following consultation with the Open Age Leagues, and in agreement with the Open Age Player Development Committee, it was decided that a new generic registration form would be used by ALL age groups with effect from the 2002/2003 Season. |
|
| The form contains all elements of the previous youth and junior form, with new elements gathered from the existing Open Age forms. |
|
| All Youth and Junior teams are encouraged to complete the forms as soon as possible to help reduce the risk of delay in registration card production. |
|
