Holders Leigh Miners Rangers remain on course to retain their U18’s trophy after a hard fought 22-14 success over Kells on Sunday.

Standing in their way will be Leeds outfit Queens, the current Yorkshire Combination Premier League leaders, who are so far unbeaten in the League this season.

Blackbrook Royals will be made to wait until this weekend to find out who they will face in the U16’s final. A great defensive display saw of Wigan St Judes 12-0 in the semi final and the Royals must now wait to see whether Featherstone Lions or Normanton Knights will face them at Robin Park.

Rylands Sharks and Halton Farnworth Hornets will open the day’s proceedings in the U14’s final.
