24th BARLA Board take action against West Hull
West Hull have retained their National Conference League Premier Division status but the reigning Premiers will begin the new seaon on minus four points, following a review of the BARLA appeal decision, in light of new evidence, by the BARLA Board of Management. The Board also reinstated the £200 fine levied by the National Conference League Management Committee.
22nd BARLA and NCL Reach Agreement
The crisis in Amateur Rugby League, precipitated by the expulsion of the National Conference League from the British Amateur Rugby League Association, due to the refusal of the NCL to accept a BARLA Appeal decision involving NCL Champions West Hull, has been resolved.
19th Ciao Scotland…Buongiorno Italy!
Spectators of the London Broncos match this Saturday bid farewell to the Scotland Students and Under-19s rugby league squad as they embark on their tour of Germany and Italy. The Scottish team will be presented to the fans to promote the book, ’Rugby League Bravehearts’, an historical account of Scotland Rugby League.

16th BARLA expel National Conference League
The BARLA Board of Management has expelled the National Conference League from the British Amateur Rugby League Association. The action has been taken following the refusal of the National Conference League to accept a BARLA Appeal decision.

Blackpool FC Chairman Karl Oyston has confirmed a three-year agreement that will retain the BARLA National Cup Final, the culmination of the world's largest Rugby League competition, in Blackpool up to 2005.
